Headache


Headache is a disease that can strike you anytime and anywhere. Recent research published in the American Academy of Neurology showed that triggers a headache most often is the increased temperature and the high psychological pressure.
To ease the headache, of course we drank migraine headaches. But actually, headaches can be eliminated by natural ways. Here are some natural ways to relieve headaches :
Drinking water
Headaches often caused by dehydration. When you feel the heat and lost a lot of fluids accompanied with headache, drink water immediately. Sit for a while, then drink water slowly. Don't do a lot of movement until the headaches disappear.
Away from the computer
Radiation from the computer can also cause headaches. This usually happens when you sit in front of the computer for long time. Try to turn off the computer, then go outside for some fresh air. Pull breath slowly, close your eyes. Closed eyes is an effective way to relieve muscle tension that cause the headache.
Meditation
When you feel a headache, try to meditate. Take a breath and hold for five seconds, then remove it slowly. Focus your mind on things that are fun. By doing so, you can reduce muscle tension that causes headaches because of psychological pressure.
Thus some natural ways that can be used to relieve headaches.
